"Like many Canadians we decided at the last minute, while vacationing in the Palm Springs area, to purchase a home (closed June 2008). We met Bob less than a week before we were to leave for home. We were not ready to be buying a home, but Bob provided us with all the information we need to make a decision. Not only did Bob negotiate the deal but in the short space of time lined us up with tiling and carpet contractors to upgrade the house. As we planned to leave the house Bob brought in a rental real estate agent who subsequently found an excellent tenant who had been thoroughly screened. While we were in Canada, Bob maintained communication with us until closing, answering all our questions and handling all the necessary details.
After closing, when the tiling and carpet was installed, Bob also arranged for a gardener, handyman and cleaning staff to get the house in a presentable condition.
When we met Bob we gave him our trust and he never made us regret our decision. Bob still makes himself available to answer any questions or solve any problems we may have.
