Sun City Shadow Hills is the latest jewel in the Del Webb crown.  Built by Pulte homes, Sun City Shadow Hills is approximately 2 miles east of Sun City Palm Desert and sits north east of Jefferson Avenue and the 10 Freeway.  In January of 2009, Pulte broke ground on the 3rd and final phase of the development.  Upon completion, there will be a total of 3,200 homes.
