Bob Horne and Michael Horne work exclusively selling real estate in Sun City.  Do not confuse them with the plethora of part-time real estate agents who treat real estate as a hobby.  They each have corporate backgrounds (see biographies below) that have molded their work ethics and honed the skills that enabled the success they have achieved for their clients.

Bob Horne Prior to embarking on his real estate career Bob had a successful 30+ year career in retail management.  After graduating from  New York University with a BS in Business Administration and a stint in the national guard, Bob began his career in retail management with Federated, then climbed the ranks to Vice President with May Company and prior to his retirement as Merchandising Vice President with Harris' here in Southern California.  The skills needed for his successful retail career translated well to real estate.  Negotiating, merchandising, advertising and a commitment to customer service have proven invaluable.  Bob has lived in Sun City since 1998.  He has been a Realtor since 1999 and obtained his broker's license in 2003.  (CA DRE LIC #01258187) Michael Horne Prior to his career in real estate, Michael was Vice President of Sales and Customer Service of Monster.com's college site Monstertrak.com   Prior to Monster, Michael held marketing and account service positions with Autoweb.com and Austin Knight Advertising.  Michael joined his father, Bob, as Realtor in 2005.  He holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.  (CA DRE LIC #01701660)
